Lost and found

I had hoped that loss of connectivity to one of my most used websites was the result of the break in an undersea cable somewhere around Taiwan. This brought a massive slow-down for internet users here in the Sandlands recently.

But, alas, it appears to be the dead hand of over-zealous censorship by our monopolist ISP. We are working in what claims to be the most ambitious, visionary and significant media hub between Europe and the Far East and yet we are constantly frustrated by random speed-bumps set on the road to digital enlightenment.

On a more cheerful note, Worth1000.com (which has also been a 'blocked site' at times in the past) delivers some wonderful visual nonsense...
