Temptations

Since the end of the money always comes before the end of the month here are two items I shall not be acquiring in the immediate future.

I must admit to being a bit of a fan of all things Prada and I do occasionally splurge for some accessories or iconic trainers. Now in collaboration with LG they are about to launch a Prada mobile phone with touch-screen key pad à la Apple iPhone.

For me the motivation to buy an iPhone would simply be the design; I'm not an iTunes collector and the advanced features are also of relatively little relevance to my way of working. So maybe I'll save my pennies and simply go for the little black Prada.

Now, I ask myself, would I actually purchase this ridiculously beautiful watch?



The gimmick is the display of the hour as a time-line, much like a Flash pre-loader advisory. And the same for the day. I think I like it. I know it would be a good ice-breaker... "What on earth is that on your wrist?" And if the question came from one as comely as above right... The watch is just one of the clever toys from YankoDesign.

Fortunately some wonderful things can be had for free. I've spent far too long plying with this Flash application making my own Jackson Pollocks!
