The iPod will be the new CD!

Leander Kahney asserts in WiredNews that the iPod will be the new CD.

How come? Because the new agreement with the Beatles' Apple Corpos makes it possible. The new contract clears the way for Jobs to sell iPods loaded with music. The 15-year-old contract, now superseded, precluded Steve Jobs' Apple from acting as a music company and from selling CDs or 'physical media delivering prerecorded content'.

Not no more, tho'!
