It seems that back in March this brand-new 55 ft. Carver motor yacht was to be lowered gently into the water at the port of Jebel Ali just up the coast. Two pilots were on board (one can be seen in the stern) and the plan was that they would deliver the vessel to the owner who had paid not less that $ 1.5 million for the luxury craft.
However fate, and gravity (when the boat slipped from one of the slings holding it), deemed otherwise.
