Dear Sirs,
I am of the view that it cannot have escaped the notice of those who call this amazing city of Dubai home, whether as citizens or as those who will ultimately be repatriated whence they came when no longer deemed useful, that the boldest and most visionary measures must be implemented by the Road Traffic Authority with regard to the improvement of public transport.
Surely in a city which has the courage and , as the Welsh I believe are wont to say, the chutzpa to build the tallest tower in the world, one should not hesitate to deploy on our fine highways triple-decker buses.
I was surprised, frankly, when some years ago the proposals of Potter Rowling Engineering was ignored by our local authorities.
But if the British capital has the courage to deploy such state-of-the-art vehicles (by Photoshop Phriday Transportation) I do not expect less of Dubai.
In the hope that the needful be done,
A well-wisher.
