Quarterlife, originally pitched to ABC as a broadcast series, then bought by MySpace as a web exclusive, now taken on by the NBC Universal network as a hedge against the threatened paucity of new content due to the writers' strike.
That's a story in itself. But Episode 1 looks good and it's embedded in a comparison which NewTeeVee makes with the other recent offering, Roommates.
