Hoyamal

This post I owe to a couple who have recently arrived here in the Sandlands and are blogging very eloquently and regularly about the lifestyle they are in the process of discovering. It's a subscription I am obliged to promote, although they claim with commendable modesty to be merely Abu Dhabbling.

When I first read the term Hoyamal I got it mixed up with a common greeting in Schwyzertütsch. But Aldar Construction have taken it as the title for a promotional video which is quite impressive. This is the company behind Abu Dhabi's new Central Market, which is the construction site which has the tower in which I live surrounded now on three sides!
