World's biggest LED screen

A mere Jumbotron is just so last millennium. This billboard is going to be 33 stories high. It's a format very difficult to design for, though. What imagery, I ask myself, might lend itself to such a tall rectangle thrusting skywards and at the same time tell us something about the guys who have mad ideas like this! Mmm...
