Feelings, wo, wo, wooo



This is, I believe, particularly true for those of us who are involved in what tends to be called 'factual entertainment'. Certainly in order to deal with the special interests of niche audiences there is a need for a high degree of journalistic competence. But, taking the example of automotive-themed channels such as those I have been involved with, it is not enough to rattle off horsepower, torque and acceleration statistics when trying to tell a car's story. More is needed...

As that wretched song says... "Feelings, nothing more than feelings!"
