Sandlander

Looking back is always a temptation as December closes... But this time the rearward view is of an entire decade, not just a year. And it's been for me a decade dominated by automobility, three of the ten years involving the channel GearOne in the Sandlands and almost two years now with the German Motorvision operation. Right at the beginning of this sudden, intensive focus on cars (remember, I'm a non-driver!) I was inspired by the short Claude Lelouche film "C'était un rendezvous". And today, quite appropriately on the last working day of the noughties, I find that Jay Leno was also moved by the same movie... with the result being the video posted above.

Definitely calls for expansion to full-screen mode... Vroooom!
