Well, yeah, a rubbish camera, $50,000 worth of lighting, a great model, a superstar photographer and a kick-ass backing track. I could do that!
Not to mention the 2 or 3 assistants, hair and makeup artists, plus the retouching artists!But I do love that he uses a hairlight. So many photographers forget about this essential lighting nowadays.However, all said and done - he does prove that it's not all about the camera...but a camera with more ability sure makes the job easier. Wonder what the iPhone shots would look like as a Times Square billboard? ;.)
