Smoke 'em if you got 'em

This has nothing to do with the recent referendum in Bavaria which introduced a ban more draconian than anywhere else in Germany.

When I was a wee lad I was told that smoking would stunt my growth and shorten my life. I am six foot two and seventy years of age.
