Winds of change

In Munich today there is a Sysiphus task being undertaken. Street sweeping machines are hoovering up autumn leaves from the boulvards, streets and broad pavements. At the same time there is a strong wind doing its best to strip the last leaves from the branches. 

The sky is blue, it is far too warm for the time of year, eighteen degrees.

And it is... oh yes... a wind of change!
