A A Gill dumps on Dubai

There is much indignation expressed on some of the UAE English language websites about what the often incediary A A Gill has to say about Big D (here).

To be quite frank I'm not sure to what extent I disagree with what he has written; he was far more beastly about the Welsh! I can understand, however, if some of the local bloggers find themselve presented with a singularly unflattering mirror image...
