Weekend video

 

I am insanely jealous of this guy! As long-time readers will recall I am living in strictly limited space and sleep on a fold-down 'Murphy' bed. But the video proves that even in 450 square feet (just over 40 square metres) there can be elegant solutions and an inviting atmosphere.

Okay, my own space is about half of that of the New York teacher and as for the $70,000 he invested... well, lucky him, I guess!

Pretty clever stuff! Our first apartment in Madrid was a tiny space but cleverly designed. Nowhere near as cool as that though.
