Stroke is a fair showcasing urban art. But the trio who call themselves Innerfields are breaking new ground and defying... with considerable success... some of the conventions of graffiti art creation.
That they are based in Berlin... 'Bear-lin', evoking the city's ursine mascot... is clear and their efforts are seen here to meet withthe approval of the mayor, Klaus Wowereit.
"Innerfields sees the world with different eyes. It's the firm's mission to adopt abandoned walls and spaces. The three artists work in synergy and have gathered a decade's worth of experience on various surfaces, creating their own style of urban design as a result of youthful and innocent expression."
