How quickly time goes by! Jessi's three years at Maastricht University will soon be at an end. Her bachelor's thesis is almost completed. She and her friends from the Arts and Culture program and from the European Studies course are already minded to celebrate! In Maastricht a boat on the river is surely an excellent location for partying. I suspect that the festivities were the cause of memorable hangovers, but I have not heard of any 'man overboard' alarms!
