He was my hero in the sixties.

In the eighties I had the temerity to consign Sir David to the cutting room floor! For the Munich television channel Tele 5 I was charged with the 'localization' of the several seasons of the Guinness Book of World Records series. This meant cutting out of the episodes the segments in which Frosty presided as host and replacing them with a pieces shot with a local German presenter.
