Impressive

 

The photo is brilliant, isn't it? The red trail shows the daring barrel-roll the pilot described around the tight formation of his six colleagues of the UAE aerobatics Al Fursan team. My immediate thought was that I would love to have seen this live from the window of my office on the Abu Dhabi Corniche, just out of the frame on the right.

Amazing that the three tallest towers have thrust into the heavens since I left the Sandlands.
