Bakhoor


Looking back a few years, to this time in 2010, what a joy it was not to be cold. I had my festive Christmas dinner at Le Beaujolais, my Abu Dhabi 'canteen'. Since I have no way of heading for the Sandlands this time to escape the Munich chill, the best I can do is recapture some of the ambience by burning some aromatic Bakhoor in my flat.
