Notwithstanding my previous hopeful post concerning a hint of open-mindedness in the Emirates, yesterday's Christopher Street Day parade in Berlin is a reminder of how far we still have to go.
Pictured is the Governing Mayor of Berlin, Klaus Wowereit who (in common with the Mayor of Paris and, indeed, Germany's Foreign Minister) would certainly run afoul of heteronormative laws in the Sandlands.
