At the very end of 2010, just before I finally left Abu Dhabi, I noted here...

It passes the true test of good television fiction... even without understanding the language a viewer can get the gist of the narrative thanks to a cinematic storytelling style in which dialogue is of secondary importance. No surprise to me that the series has been sold to over thirty countries."

Today the entertainment industry trade publication TBI Vision reports...
"Ghost Whisperer producer Sander-Moses Productions is to remake a Turkish drama for US audiences, TBI has learned... a deal described as the first of its kind.Sander-Moses has acquired remake rights to psychological thriller The End, which comes from Turkish prodco Ay Yapim and broadcaster ATV."

Sander-Moses is the US production company probably best know for the Ghost Whisperer series. Leading lady Jennifer Love Hewitt wa named 'Best Actress on Television' in 2007 by the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films.

I knew the show was a winner!
