Half time

 

Hooray! Half time!

It's a fact that I tend to see the glass as being half-full rather than half-empty. The year 2014 is half-over. The past twelvemonth could have made of me a pessimist. The loss of regular earnings from a long-term client, the fact that I now need to call on the state welfare system... these could certainly excuse me for coming to a more jaundiced view of life than was formerly the case.

Nevertheless I resist. The Photoshop image below is easy to read. I am optimistic that our much-loved Café Schwabing will re-open after the renovation which now seems to have started... the blue fence appeared a couple of days ago.
