Calendar week 43 will be noted as not uneventful. On Monday, Jessi hit Munich to prolong the celebration of her birthday last Wednesday. Her wish for a very exclusive 'statement' shirt from Barcelona (with drawings by Tana Latorre) was fulfilled, to her obvious delight.
Mickey made a cake, a variant on Chocolate Brownie, which we all love and, yes, a jolly good time was had by all!
Another highlight of this week will be the weekend visit from London of Nicholas, Fabienne and my three grandchildren! This will get me out of my flat (and out of my comfy pyjamas) for the first time in many, many weeks. A table for nine has been reserved for Friday!
